The JCB 270T is a compact track loader designed for material handling, grading, site preparation, and work in soft or uneven ground conditions. It features a tracked undercarriage for improved flotation, traction, and stability compared with wheeled loaders. The 270T is commonly used in construction, landscaping, agriculture, and utility applications where low ground pressure and maneuverability are important.
