The Volvo ECR235EL is a compact radius crawler excavator in Volvo's E-Series lineup, designed for work in confined job sites where tail swing clearance is limited. It is used in excavation, trenching, site preparation, utility work, and general earthmoving. The ECR235EL features a short rear swing radius, hydraulic system optimized for smooth control, and a cab configured for operator visibility and comfort. As an excavator, it is typically paired with buckets, hydraulic thumbs, breakers, and other attachments. The model is commonly selected for urban construction, roadwork, landscaping, and applications requiring maneuverability and digging performance in restricted spaces.
