Virnig Manufacturing Inc.'s tree puller is designed to pull out small trees and fence posts. The two rows of serrated teeth lock onto the base of the tree, then pry or pull roots and all from the ground, shake the dirt out of the roots, and then transport the removed tree or shrub.

The jaws open to 11.5 in. (29 cm) and the hard stop at the tip keeps a small space between teeth when fully closed. This allows even small trees to be pulled without shearing them off. The single hydraulic cylinder is protected from debris and other objects. The corrosion, dent and flake resistant NitroSteel cylinder rod is made in the USA.
