VLP Welcomes New Managers, Sales Rep

The Victor L. Phillips Company (VLP) announced new changes to its staff.

Greg Knipp took over as used equipment manager for the retiring Bob Tanner, who was with VLP for 39 years.

Knipp has 17 years in the equipment industry in the areas of sales and sales management, and branch and operations management.

Eric Lucas has been hired as the branch manager for both the Springfield, MO, and Joplin, MO, locations.

He comes to VLP from Prosser, WA, where he held several positions leading up to a management role of supervising three branches for General Western Power & Equipment.

Bill Esterly joins VLP as its corporate parts manager.

His long-term goals are to completely revamp the company’s parts inventory and the KC warehouse.

Brian Pieper is based out of VLP’s Kansas City, MO, branch and is working as a heavy equipment sales representative for Clay, MO, Platte, MO, and Northwestern Jackson, MO, counties.

Pieper was most recently with Hagie Manufacturing selling large capital equipment in various industries, predominantly agricultural.
