Alex Lyon & Son held two auctions in the Cleveland and Akron, Ohio, areas in as many weeks.

On May 11, the auction company conducted a large one-owner job completion auction for Karvo Companies on the west side of Cleveland in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. Equipment up for bid included hydraulic excavators, crawler tractors, multiple skid steers, tractor loader backhoes, equipment attachments, a number of trucks and various support equipment.

On May 18, the auction company moved south of Cleveland to Wadsworth, Ohio, to hold an auction for Velotta Construction. The auction featured a strong selection of skid steer loaders, trucks and other related equipment. Both auctions drew a sizable crowd of onsite bidders while also attracting strong online bidding activity.
