Alex Lyon & Son held a sale Oct. 9 at Capital Tractor’s Latham, N.Y., location.
Jamie Gibson, president of Capital Tractor, recently made the decision to consolidate operations between the company’s Latham store and the Greenwich, N.Y., location. New customer service initiatives at the Greenwich facility will allow Capital Tractor to better serve all of its customers from a single location, with increased capital investment being channeled into the Greenwich dealership. The facility will now offer a more comprehensive parts inventory, additional service technicians, technician tooling and an upgraded road service fleet equipped with the latest technology.
