ASC Construction Equipment USA Inc. appointed Shawn Sweet as vice president and COO. Sweet will be overseeing all areas of business support operations and supplier relations for all five regions of ASC.
As COO of ASC Construction Equipment Sweet will be working to attain absolute customer satisfaction and play an imperative role in seeking new opportunities for growth in key areas of ASC’s served markets.
Sweet joins ASC with more than 25 years of experience in the construction equipment industry, serving in many key leadership and management roles at several equipment suppliers including Ingersoll Rand, Doosan and Volvo Construction Equipment.
“Shawn offers wholesale and direct retail experience with a wide range of construction products and applications. Most recently he has been leading Volvo Penta’s industrial engine business in North America,” said ASC Construction Equipment’s President Brad Stimmel.
