Atlas Flasher & Supply Assumes Highway Technologies Contracts

As of April 30, 2007, Atlas Flasher & Supply Co. Inc. of New Jersey and Pennsylvania has agreed to assume all contracts of Highway Technologies involving the Watsontown and Hatfield, Pa., branches.

Atlas Flasher, a 57-year-old company, views this acquisition as a way to grow.

“We are excited to step into [new] areas and service customers we have yet to meet,” said Jeffrey H. Jones, president of Atlas Flasher.

The current employees of the Hatfield and Watsontown locations will join the Atlas “family” increasing their ability to meet the needs of its customers.
