AXCS Equipment continues to accelerate its evolution as a global equipment manufacturer, building on the solid foundation established, following ASKO Holding's acquisition of Hy-Brid Lifts in 2023. AXCS is strategically expanding beyond its roots in lightweight aerial work platforms into a broader equipment portfolio that includes both access solutions and material handling equipment for North American and international markets.

"2023 was a turning point for the business," said Eric Liner, chief executive officer of AXCS Equipment. "ASKO recognized that what originally made Hy-Brid Lifts successful was a customer-focused culture combined with innovative, lightweight, purpose-built machines designed for real-world jobsite needs and saw the opportunity to scale that philosophy across a much larger platform."

Since the acquisition, AXCS has focused on transforming the business into a scalable equipment organization through expanded engineering capabilities, global manufacturing alignment and a unified product strategy designed to support long-term growth.

Continuing Leadership in Lightweight Access Equipment

Hy-Brid Lifts earned its reputation by pioneering ultra-lightweight scissor lifts engineered for environments with strict floor load limitations, including data centers, hospitals, schools and commercial interiors. That same customer-driven design philosophy remains central to AXCS's aerial work platform strategy today.

"That core philosophy remains intact at AXCS, now applied across a broader access equipment lineup," Liner said. "Our approach hasn't changed; we design innovative solutions to solve real-world customer challenges while maintaining laser focus on delivering reliable products with the industry's lowest cost of ownership and strongest return on investment."

AXCS's aerial work platform portfolio currently includes:

  • PS-Series micro scissor lifts: PS-1030 micro, PS-1430 micro and PS-1930 micro
  • ZT-Series zero-turn micro scissor lifts: ZT-1230 micro and ZT-1630 micro
  • EL-Series scissor lifts: EL-2632e, EL-2645e, EL-3245e, EL-4045e and EL-4555Xe

Coming Soon:

  • Two new lightweight, high-capacity 20- and 26-ft. micro scissor lift models engineered to minimize floor loading and maximize maneuverability and productivity in confined jobsite environments, delivering exceptional reliability and industry-leading return on investment, according to the company.
  • Three new lightweight vertical mast lifts with 15-, 20-, and 25-ft. platform heights, engineered for low floor loading, superior access in congested jobsite applications, simplified operation and enhanced productivity, according to the company.

The company continues to invest heavily in lightweight engineering designs and compact equipment solutions that deliver measurable advantages for rental companies, contractors and facility operators.

Expanding into Material Handling With Telehandlers

In parallel with its aerial equipment growth, AXCS is expanding into the material handling segment with a dedicated telehandler product line developed to meet the evolving demands of construction, industrial and infrastructure applications.

The new TH-Series telehandlers are engineered to deliver reliability, versatility, operator confidence and job-site productivity while leveraging AXCS's focus on operational efficiency and customer value, according to the company.

  • TH-Series telehandler models: TH-842, TH-944, TH-1044, TH-1056 and TH-1256

"Telehandlers represent an important step in the evolution of AXCS Equipment," said Liner. "While our access products are known for lightweight innovation and compact performance, our material handling equipment is focused on strength, reliability, and maximizing productivity in demanding applications."

This strategic expansion allows AXCS to support a broader range of customer needs across both aerial access and material handling markets while maintaining a strong focus on dealer profitability and fleet performance.

Built for Dealer Success, Operational Efficiency

As AXCS continues to scale globally, the company remains focused on building a world-class distribution and support infrastructure through its existing rental customer network while strategically identifying and developing strong new dealer partners across key markets.

"Dealers don't need another product line, they need differentiation," Liner said. "They need equipment that performs better, lowers operating costs, and delivers real value to their customers. That's where we're focused."

Companies interested in exploring dealership opportunities in their region are encouraged to contact their local AXCS regional sales manager.

Looking Ahead

With expanding product categories, strengthened manufacturing capabilities, and global backing from ASKO Holding, AXCS Equipment is positioned for continued growth across both access and material handling sectors.

"We're not just building equipment, we're building a customer-first company committed to delivering the industry's most reliable products with the strongest return on investment for our dealers, rental partners, and end users," Liner said. "The transition from Hy-Brid Lifts to AXCS Equipment is only the beginning."
