Bill Allman Promoted to General Product Support Manager

Tracey Road Equipment Inc., one of New York State’s largest full-service construction equipment, truck and fire apparatus dealers, has announced the appointment of Bill Allman to the position of general products support manager.

Allman has been with the company for more than 24 years. During his tenure, Allman has overseen and successfully managed Tracey’s entire parts operation as well as numerous expansion projects. In his new position, Allman will oversee all aspects of the company’s entire parts and service operations.

“With Bill’s 24 plus years of service with the company, most recently serving as our general parts manager, we’re benefiting from his wealth of industry knowledge and experience,” said Jerry Tracey, president of Tracey Road.

“As an administrator, he is familiar with all aspects of our dealership parts and service operations. It will be beneficial to both our internal operations and to our customer service commitment to have Bill overseeing both parts and service operations,” said Tracey.
