Compact Construction Equipment LLC, the authorized Bobcat equipment dealer in south, central and west Texas announced the opening of its new Bobcat of Waco branch location.

Previously co-located with the Vermeer Texas-Louisiana branch, the new standalone location is at 16629 Interstate 35 in Elm Mott, just north of Waco.

The expanded 5-acre property offers increased yard capacity for equipment inventory, more service bays to reduce turnaround time, a larger parts warehouse to better support customer needs, and an enhanced showroom to improve the customer experience.

The new 10,000-sq.-ft. facility will allow Bobcat of Waco to deliver a dedicated experience to customers across the region for their equipment sales, rentals, parts and service needs, according to the company.

The grand opening of the new location was held on April 17, 2026.

"We had a unique opportunity to purchase the building next to our existing co-branded location and felt that it was the right time to create dedicated facilities for both brands," said Jason Rush, chief operating officer of Compact Construction Equipment. "This investment reflects our continued commitment to providing exceptional service, expanded inventory and better support to customers throughout the area."

Compact Construction Equipment is the authorized dealer for Bobcat equipment in south, west and central Texas with 18 locations across the region.
