Dana Eller, president of MWI Pumps, has announced the appointment of Brett Climan as marketing manager at the company's water pump headquarters in Deerfield Beach, Fla. Climan has more than 15 years of experience in marketing, with the last seven years focusing on product marketing and brand management for world-wide manufacturers of high-tech products.

In his new position, Climan will be working internally and externally with leaders and their teams to raise awareness of MWI and its solutions to help solve water problems through sales, rental, municipal leasing, engineering, training and service.

Climan helps businesses to navigate their industry landscape and craft narratives that personally speak to customers. By bringing sound marketing and design strategy, his methods guide companies and the people behind them to understand the challenges and put their best foot forward. His mission is to bring humanity back into business by communicating the quality of the work and the services of those who stand behind it, according to the company.

Since 2003, Climan has developed a combination of human- and product-centric marketing initiatives at leading organizations to help transform process, communication and culture both internally and externally. By gaining customer insight and refocusing efforts, he helps to personify companies and their products as solutions and educational resources.
