CCO Names 2024 Employer Award Recipients

Wed April 10, 2024 - National Edition
NCCCO

CCO announced the winners of the 2024 CCO Employer Awards, celebrating companies committed to workplace safety through CCO certification. These awards, now in their second year, shine a spotlight on businesses prioritizing safety in their operations.

Chosen from a pool of nearly 16,000 employers, these 24 exemplary organizations from diverse sectors — construction, utilities, manufacturing and more — stood out for their dedication to ensuring their workers possess the skills and knowledge needed for safe crane and load handling.

Safety isn't just a priority for these companies; it's a way of life. By investing in training and certification programs, they empower their employees to perform their jobs confidently and safely. This commitment not only protects workers but also contributes to a culture of safety across industries.

Each award recipient receives a plaque recognizing their achievement, along with custom-designed logos to proudly display their accomplishment. They'll also receive a sample press release to share the good news with their stakeholders and communities.

Companies that display their award plaque or use the exclusive award logos in their promotional activities enhance their standing in the industry by demonstrating to both their clients and employees that safety is a priority, CCO said. These companies are nationally recognized for their achievement on the CCO website, in the CCOnline newsletter and in other industry media.
