Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co, a family-owned company and the exclusive Cat dealer for Pennsylvania, West Virginia and western Maryland announced the opening of its first Cat Compact store at its Cranberry location.
The new concept is designed to better serve small contractors and growing businesses through a dedicated showroom experience focused on compact equipment, rentals and customer support.
The Cranberry store, located at 11 Progress Avenue, introduces a new showroom, customer entrance, and operating model designed to create a more efficient customer experience. The location provides customers with a dedicated space to explore equipment solutions, connect with product experts and access the rental, sales, parts and service support needed to keep projects moving.
Cranberry was selected as the first Cleveland Brothers location to implement the Cat Compact concept because of its strategic importance in serving the northern Pittsburgh region. The store also serves as a model for future Cat Compact locations as Cleveland Brothers continues to expand its footprint and capabilities across the region.
“The opening of our first Cat Compact store represents an important step forward in how we serve small contractors and growing businesses,” said Darrin Foulk, Vice President of Rental for Cleveland Brothers. “Cranberry provides the ideal location to introduce this new concept and strengthen our presence north of Pittsburgh. This store is not only an investment in our customers today, but also a blueprint for future growth as we continue expanding our footprint and capabilities.”
Cleveland Brothers plans to open a second Cat Compact store in Bentleyville, Washington County, in the coming months. The Cranberry location serves as the first step in the company's broader vision for the Cat Compact concept and its continued investment in supporting customers across the territory.
