Gencor Industries will boast one of the largest outdoor exhibits at this year's ConExpo-Con/AGG, featuring an array of new equipment offerings combined with immersive virtual technology demonstrations. Innovations on display will include a virtual Ultradrum A.R.E. drum mixer, a G-250 portable drum, a SE-75 silo and all new process control center.
A main feature is the new G-250 portable drum mixer which incorporates the Gencor counter flow technology with isolated mixing behind the burner. This compact, rugged, yet mobile design can be erected and operational quickly and easily without the need of a crane, according to Gencor.
The new SH series of electric thermal fluid heaters will be on display. These heaters are the latest technology for delivering instantaneous process heat without a conventional combustion burner and the associated exhaust stack, according to Gencor. Available in multiple sizes, the new SH series is the latest environmental solution to heating multiple asphalt tanks, hot mix storage silos and all other requirements of your plant with zero GHG emissions.
Gencor also will be debuting two new innovations; the all new NiteVu monitoring system and the VaporX turbo condenser. The NiteVu is a cloud-based remote monitoring system for heater and asphalt tank applications with accessibility from any Smartphone. The system monitors, burner functions, temperatures, alarms and data from various equipment sensors giving you access to your readings wherever you are.
The all new Gencor VaporX turbo asphalt vapor condenser is designed to eliminate fumes associated with loading and unloading liquid asphalt tanks. The condenser captures fumes through a unique wind turbulence exchanger and converts them to a liquid. The liquid condensate drains into the tank, minimizing the release of pollutants into the atmosphere.
