Grove TMS875C Boosts Bridge Beams in Colombian Project

Transportes Montejo LTDA, headquartered in Tocancipa-Cundinamarca-Colombia, specializes in transport, lifting and erection of heavy and oversize loads. The company also has facilities in Venezuela providing crane rental and transport services. With approximately 70 employees, the company operates one of the largest fleets in Colombia and Venezuela.

A recent job in Fonseca-Guajira-Colombia used a Grove TMS875C along with another crane to lift and position 70-ton (63 t) bridge beams.

The TMS875C is a 75-ton (70 t) rated machine available with a choice of standard boom lengths at 110, 125 or 138 ft. (34, 38 or 42 m) which provides maximum respective tip heights of 172, 191 and 202 ft. (52, 58 and 62 m). The company also operates a number of other Grove cranes in its fleet.
