HD Construction Equipment Hyundai North America announced the addition of H&K Equipment to its expanding dealer network. The dealership will sell and service Hyundai's full line of heavy equipment throughout West Virginia.
H&K Equipment is a material handling and specialized equipment dealership and manufacturer, founded in 1983 by Alan Heidenrich and George Koch. The company has grown from a small sales office into a mobile equipment supplier with more than 150 technicians, specialists and support personnel across three full-service locations, including its newly built facility in Huntington, W.Va., where it will represent Hyundai construction equipment.
"H&K Equipment is committed to being a single, trusted partner for our customers' total equipment needs," said Aaron Boemmel, chief operating officer, H&K Equipment. "Our customer base in West Virginia is deeply involved in mining and construction. H&K's relationship with Hyundai Construction Equipment will strengthen those customer partnerships."
H&K provides complete sales, service and parts support for both industrial and earthmoving lines. It also offers extensive remanufacturing services for unique and out-of-production machines, a full range of warehouse solutions, and operator and safety training, according to Hyundai.
"H&K Equipment supports a large number of businesses tied to construction, mining, forestry and recycling, among many others, making Hyundai CE a logical expansion of its equipment offerings," said Rich Desmond, district sales manager, HD Construction Equipment Hyundai NA.
