The HX300L hydraulic excavator from Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas delivers the performance, convenience, serviceability and safety that contractors value across a wide range of applications.

The 35-ton (30-t) Hyundai HX300L features a Tier IV Final-compliant, 230-hp (171-kW) Cummins QSB6.7 diesel engine. It provides maximum dig depth of 24 ft. 3 in. (7.4 m), bucket digging force of 37,920 lbf (17 200 kgf), and maximum reach at ground level of 32 ft. 3 in. (9.8 m). Its standard operating weight is 69,780 lb. (31,650 kg).

The HX series provides up to 13-percent faster cycle speeds and up to 10-percent better fuel efficiency than the previous Hyundai 9A series excavators, according to the manufacturer.

Hyundai's AAVM (all around view monitoring) system provides a 360 degree-surround virtual operating view, which displays on an 8-in. (20.3-cm) interactive, adjustable, touchscreen cluster-monitor with haptic remote control for all major functions, easier operator accessibility and better ergonomics. And the IMOD (intelligent moving object detection) system senses and warns the operator when objects come within 16.5 ft. (5 m) of the machine.
