Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas Inc.’s newest wheel loader model, the HL757-9A, includes a certified Interim Tier IV engine upgrade, improved durability and enhanced operator comfort. The HL757-9A is part of Hyundai’s new line of 9A series wheel loaders, all of which meet Tier IV Interim standards.

Equipped with a low emission, low noise, 197 hp Cummins Interim Tier IV/Stage IIIB, QSB6.7 engine, the HL757-9A provides optimum power while remaining fuel efficient. Operators can choose between three unique engine modes, power, standard and economy, which enable the machine to switch between full power and reduced fuel consumption according to the user’s preference.

In order to provide maximum flexibility, the HL757-9A’s fully automatic transmission features four step shift modes: manual, light, normal and heavy, making it well-suited for any type of working condition. The loader has an operating weight of 32,400 lbs. (14,696 kg), a 3.7 cu. yd. (2.8 cu m) bucket capacity and a bucket breakout force of 27,620 lbs.

The HL757-9A also is available in extended reach (XTD) and tool master (TM) models. The extended reach model is ideal for jobs where a higher dump height is a necessity such as loading high sided trucks and hoppers, stock piling material and for agricultural applications such as stocking feed lots on dairy farms. The tool master model is appropriate for jobs requiring special attachments, such as forks, log grapples or hay handlers.

Hyundai’s HL757-9A was built with operators in mind, featuring a larger, redesigned cab for additional comfort and usability. The HL757-9A has been enhanced with rounded front glass and larger door glass, giving users improved visibility from all angles. Other amenities include an increased cooling and heating capacity with fully automatic climate control, tilting and telescopic steering, an adjustable wrist rest for reduced operating stress and an improved ladder with 20 degree incline and large, deep tread, aluminum cast steps making entering and exiting the cab safer and easier.

For a more enjoyable working environment, Hyundai’s HL757-9A features an advanced, multimedia functional, 5.7 in. touch screen LCD color monitor. The loader features an integrated load weighing system, viewable through the monitor, for improved work efficiency and a self-diagnostic, monitoring system with an active display of engine, hydraulic system, transmission and electrical component information. The LCD monitor also is functional as a rearview backup camera providing improved safety and convenience on any job site.

With a focus on improving durability, Hyundai has upgraded its HL757-9A model with a long-life cooling system and a relocated cooling fan and radiator, designed for additional durability and resistance to thermal shock, impulse and vibration. The HL757-9A also is equipped with a redesigned steering cylinder lug and bucket link, now made of cast steel, for additional strength and reliability.

On the HL757-9A loader, serviceability has remained a top priority. The new model features a tilting transmission making service hassle-free, while hydraulic oil coolers swing open for easy access and regular maintenance checks. This Hyundai loader also provides users with critical ground level access to common service points, filters and sight gauges as well as an extended life hydraulic filter and oil for reduced operating costs.

Like all of Hyundai’s 9A series equipment, the HL757-9A features the Hi-mate remote management system, which allows operators and dealer service personnel to access a machine’s vital service and diagnostic information from anywhere with internet access. Hi-mate users can remotely monitor daily reports outlining a machine’s location, working hours, fuel consumption and any periodical maintenance needed, drastically reducing downtime and saving the owner time and money.
