Iowa Mold Tooling Co. Inc. (IMT) added CraneWorks Inc., based in Houston, as a dealer of IMT products to customers in the Houston area.

CraneWorks now offers the extensive line of IMT telescopic cranes. CraneWorks also has established an IMT parts and service operation in Houston so that customers get the full experience of working with the IMT dealer network.

“We’re excited about CraneWorks Inc. joining the IMT dealer network,” said Michael Warren, director of commercial body sales at IMT. “We are really looking forward to this partnership so that we can better meet the needs of customers in the Houston area.”

For the past four years, CraneWorks has specialized in supplying high-quality equipment for custom oil field applications, as well as for general construction and utility work. And with the addition of IMT telescopic cranes, company officials agree that they will be able to better meet their customers’ needs.

“Supplying quality products, such as IMT cranes in combination with excellent customer service, enables us to achieve the status of premier supplier to the crane industry,” said Keith Ayers, president of CraneWorks. “Adding IMT telescopic cranes to our equipment roster was a natural progression, and it will allow us to become our customers’ single source for all of their crane needs.”

CraneWorks prides itself on after-the-sale service, which entails providing customers the same preferential treatment that was given to them before the sale.

“The CraneWorks team takes pride in happy customers and will do everything possible to make you feel part of the family,” Ayers said.

In addition, CraneWorks can build cranes to customers’ specifications. The company’s 25,000-sq.-ft. fabrication facility uses trained and certified technicians, modern technology, tools and equipment to fabricate cranes to the most-challenging specifications. CraneWorks offers financing through its manufacturers, as well as third-party financial institutions.
