Iowa Mold Tooling Co. Inc. (IMT) has added two dealers — Power Products Company Inc. in Oklahoma City, Okla., and CraneWorks Inc. in Houston. These dealers have begun selling IMT products and have expanded their IMT product and service offerings.

“We’re excited about [these dealers] joining the IMT dealer network and expanding their product and service offerings,” said Michael Warren, director of commercial body sales at IMT. “We are really looking forward to growing this partnership with them, so that we can better meet the needs of our customers.”

New IMT dealer, Power Products Company Inc., has begun selling IMT mechanics trucks, lube trucks and articulating and telescopic cranes in the Oklahoma City metro area. Power Products, which was founded in 1991, caters to oil field fleets, ranging from the smallest customer with 100 pieces of equipment to the largest customer with more than 2,000 pieces of equipment.

Jeff Denton, president of Power Products, said the oil field market operates on word-of-mouth advertising and he believes that word about the quality of IMT products will quickly spread throughout the market.

Another new IMT dealer, CraneWorks Inc., now offers the extensive line of IMT telescopic cranes, as well as providing its Houston-area customers with parts and service support. The dealership, which specializes in cranes for custom oil field applications, will supply IMT cranes for the oil field, general construction and utility industries.

“Supplying quality products such as IMT cranes in combination with excellent customer service enables us to achieve the status of premier supplier to the crane industry,” said Keith Ayers, president of CraneWorks. “Adding IMT telescopic cranes to our equipment roster was a natural progression, and it will allow us to become our customers’ single source for all of their crane needs.”

Iowa Mold Tooling Co. Inc., a subsidiary of Oshkosh Truck Corporation, began in 1961 as a business providing new tread designs for recapping tires.

The company has grown to become a manufacturer and supplier of service vehicles, cranes, hydraulic loaders and air compressors for tire, mining, construction, material handling and utility markets around the world.
