JLG Industries Inc., a subsidiary of Oshkosh Truck Corporation, has undergone a series of key leadership changes.

Wayne Lawson, Mike Rafi, Joe Dixon and Kirsten Skyba will each expand their roles with JLG.

“I am pleased with the focus, commitment and flexibility exhibited by the JLG team, and the outstanding performance of Wayne, Mike, Joe and Kirsten during the period of integration between JLG and Oshkosh,” said Charlie Szews, president of JLG and executive vice president and CFO of Oshkosh. “Each of these individuals continues to demonstrate their strong leadership capabilities, and their ongoing contribution to the strategic growth of the organization.”

Lawson, vice president of sales and customer support for EAME, will assume expanded responsibility in which he will take an even more prominent role in leading the development and implementation of the EAME market development and sales strategies while continuing to provide leadership for the sales and service operations and customer support functions. He also will assume responsibility for the major accounts team in Europe, along with the used equipment sales team and associated initiatives.

Valuing and growing the Caterpillar Alliance remains one of the key areas of strategic focus for JLG. Rafi has been promoted to the position of vice president and general manager for the Caterpillar Alliance Group. Rafi has established a strong global team that has JLG well positioned to achieve its objectives in this endeavor.

Dixon has been promoted to the position of vice president and general manager of ServicePlus. With operations in Houston, Atlanta and McConnellsburg, Pa., ServicePlus will continue to provide a full spectrum of products and aftermarket support.

Skyba has accepted the position of vice president of global marketing for JLG. Previously, she was the vice president of marketing communications for Oshkosh Truck Corporation. Skyba will remain an officer of Oshkosh Truck Corporation, while focusing her strong marketing leadership skills on leading the development and implementation of JLG’s global marketing strategies to support near term business objectives and to best position JLG for long-term success.
