Power Motive Corporation has promoted Mac Blount to sales manager. In his new position, Blount is responsible for managing the equipment sales force for the Komatsu distributor’s five locations throughout Colorado.

“We are delighted that Mac has accepted this new position,” said Bob Davis, president of Power Motive Corporation. “He has been extremely effective in every job he has tackled at Power Motive. We expect him to have a major impact on our equipment sales.”

Blount has more than ten years of experience in the construction and mining equipment business, with steadily increasing responsibility. His first position at Power Motive was managing the preventive maintenance group. He was then promoted to rental equipment manager. Most recently, he was a sales representative for the Denver region.

Power Motive Corporation has been selling and servicing heavy machinery since 1959. An exclusive dealer for Komatsu, the company has five locations throughout Colorado.
