On Oct. 17, Mendenhall Auto Auction Inc. held a surplus auction for the city of Winston Salem, and also was selling for Winston Salem City Surplus, area contractors and farmers, among others.

The sale included a John Deere 750C dozer, John Deere and Ford backhoes, excavators from John Deere and Link-Belt, utility trucks, dump trucks and much more.
