Previously in his career, he spent 12 years with Volvo Construction Equipment, where he held roles in both parts technical support and customs compliance. During this time, he supported dealers across North America while developing expertise in parts management, technical troubleshooting and import compliance.
Throughout his career, McBroom has held several senior parts leadership positions across both multiple equipment manufacturers and dealers.
