Murphy Tractor & Equipment held a demonstration event at the Summit County Fairgrounds in Tallmadge, Ohio, on Oct. 24 to 26. The demonstration was conducted to introduce the new John Deere 345G LC reduced tail swing excavator and showcase a variety of other John Deere machines. Area contractors from Northeast Ohio had an opportunity to try out the new excavator along with John Deere's 624 wheel loader, 750 smart grade dozer, skid steers, track loader and mini-excavator.

Murphy Tractor & Equipment personnel were joined by factory representatives of John Deere and NPK to discuss the equipment with attendees. Representatives of NPK Construction Equipment also were on hand to discuss their line of hydraulic hammers, crushers, shears and pile drivers. Door prizes and a catered lunch were also provided at the event.
