The Edge pallet fork frame with grapple from CEAttachments is an ideal attachment for clamping anything from small pipe to large culverts and also works for moving plywood and other building materials.
Features include a single cylinder grapple with a unique jaw action that pulls material toward the frame as the jaw closes. The most unique feature of this Class II frame is the four optional settings where the cylinder is pinned to the grapple, which maximizes the grapple opening or closing force and ability. The positions can be changed in minutes and enable the grapple to close down below the tines or open wider than the frame, allowing the operator to clamp anything from small pipe to large culverts. Two hooked grapple arms also clamp material secure for pickup and transport of material such as plywood or other building supplies, according to the manufacturer.
The Edge pallet fork frame with grapple is capable of grabbing and carrying load capacities up to 5,000 lbs. (2,268 kg) and utilizes the same Class II tines as other Edge pallet forks. Recommended for loaders with operating capacities greater than 1,500 lbs. (680 kg) and comes complete with hoses and flat-faced couplers. This attachment has an overall width of 47 in. (119 cm) and a grapple opening up to 56 in. (142 cm).
