New Holland Loaders Use Super Boom Lift

Sat October 07, 2006 - National Edition
Construction Equipment Guide

With 2,500 and 2,900 lbs. (1,134 and 1,315 kg) rated operating capacity, respectively, the New Holland C185 and C190 compact track loaders feature the lift capacity and reach of the Super Boom vertical lift linkage and a simple undercarriage design.

The Super Boom vertical linkage delivers more forward reach at maximum lift height for precise load placement.

The wide stance, low center of gravity and stability combine with a standard suspension seat to provide a smooth ride, while the undercarriage design provides long life with minimum maintenance, according to the manufacturer.

Both models also deliver productivity with a standard two-speed transmission for travel speeds up to 8 mph (12.8 kmh). The optional hydraulic mount plate allows the operator to securely attach or remove buckets and attachments without leaving the seat.

New Holland’s compact track loaders also feature visibility with no rear frame towers to block the operator’s view.
