Susan Connolly, executive vice president and chief operating officer of Foley Incorporated announced that Jon Souliere has been promoted to executive director of marketing, human resources and information technology and Joe Dugan has been promoted to corporate service manager, replacing Souliere.

Souliere first joined Foley Inc. in 2002 as parts manager and then moved over to the machinery service department as service manager in 2005. In 2007, Souliere was promoted to corporate service manager, with responsibility for the day to day operations of the service departments across all divisions.

“During Jon’s tenure he has consistently shown a desire to learn and improve. His commitment to improving both our internal and external customer satisfaction levels is evidenced in our corporate service trend tracker results of 92 percent and our being rated #1 in the country in a Caterpillar conducted customer loyalty survey,” Connolly said.

As Director of Marketing, HR and IT, Souliere will be responsible for leading efforts to meet the challenges within the three departments while remaining aligned with the company’s mission and core business values.

“I have every confidence that Jon’s skills and past experience will serve us well as he assumes leadership of our Marketing, HR and IT initiatives,” said Connolly.

Dugan has been with Foley Inc. for 22 years, starting in 1989 as a lift division warranty writer. He held several positions within the lift division until transitioning to construction service builder foremen in 1994. After a handful of years working in the on highway division, Dugan moved over to the Power Systems Division in 1999 as a service dispatcher.

In 2005, he was promoted to power systems service manager, where, for the last three years, he has led his team to be among the top five best performing power systems service departments in the country. In 2010, his team was recognized by Caterpillar as being number one for product improvement completions in North America.

Tom Wagenblast, vice president of product support, said, “Joe has grown up within the Foley organization with a wide variety of roles and responsibilities from warranty administrator to service manager. He continues to model the behavior we demand of our management in doing what’s in the best interest of our customers, suppliers and his fellow employees.”

As corporate service manager, Dugan will be responsible for ensuring the successful management of work performed in all Service Departments at Foley.

“I am certain that Joe will continue to excel in leading the service areas to provide the best solutions to our customers by providing the best options, products, technology and people in the industry” said Wagenblast.
