Northeast Sales & Service Inc. has been selected as the authorized Terex crane dealership for eastern Canada and the northeastern United States.

Customers in these territories will now be serviced by the centrally located new partnership of Clark Rigging and Wally Nowacki, with a main office located in Lockport NY, and a branch office in Syracuse, NY. Clark Rigging will handle all service, warranty, and maintenance on new and used Terex products while Nowacki will represent Terex’s product line.

Northeast Sales & Service has evolved as a natural merger of two mobile crane experts, teaming up to offer cranes with the back-up customer service support that ensures long-lasting relationships, according to the company.

Sales Manager Wally Nowacki is widely known as one of the most knowledgeable crane “guys” in the entire industry, with more than 20 years of working for European crane manufacturers. Over the years, Nowacki has been instrumental in selling more than 15 cranes to Clark Rigging, which has contributed to fueling its success in the crane rental industry.

“It had become clear that a merger of these two successful entities would prove to support a strong commitment to helping other crane users meet their objectives,” said Dave Clark, vice president of Clark Rigging.

In its first quarter of operations, Northeast Sales & Service delivered and commissioned two new Terex/Demag, 300T AC 250-1, long boom mobile cranes in the states and two new Terex, AC-40 city class cranes in Canada.

With years of experience as a rental house and dozens of new cranes commissioned, Northeast Sales & Service has technical-trained factory personnel in place to train operators, lend technical support, perform yearly inspections, maintain service and oversee mechanical adjustments.
