As of May 9, project bids for a rail park located in Flathead, Montana have opened.

The proposed Glacier Rail Park will a rail-served industrial facility serving Montana's northwest region. Partial funding has come from the US Department of Transportation via the Transportation Investment Generating Economic grant.

Several upgrade and installation projects are involved in the creation of the Rail Park. Work bids include road work, water and sewer services, utility installation and railroad installation.
