Beginning in the first quarter of 2017, PacWest Machinery customers in the greater Portland area will be supported and serviced from the new dealership at 19255 NE Sandy Blvd., Portland, Ore.

PacWest Machinery, the dealer in the Pacific Northwest of Volvo and other leading brands of construction equipment, announces the purchase of land and the commencement of construction on its new facility in Portland, Ore. Beginning in the first quarter of 2017, PacWest Machinery customers in the greater Portland area will be supported and serviced from the new dealership at 19255 NE Sandy Blvd., Portland, Ore., just minutes away from the company's current location.

The new 22,000 sq.-ft. (2,044 sq m) building will sit on approximately six acres and include a 10-bay service center designed to accommodate a full range of equipment. There will be an expanded parts warehouse, modern showroom and state-of-the-art service capabilities. The larger facility will allow the company to stock more equipment as well as host demonstrations and training. This new location will have easy freeway access making it ideal to deliver products into Oregon and southwest Washington.

PacWest Machinery is the newest Volvo Construction Equipment dealer in North America and has responsibility for the sales, rental and aftermarket support for the full line of Volvo's general production, road machinery and compact equipment.

In addition, the company supplies equipment from other quality manufacturers including Tymco, GOMACO, Etnyre, Furukawa and more. PacWest Machinery provides equipment and aftermarket services from four facilities located in Portland and Eugene, Ore., and in Seattle and Spokane, Wash., plus additional support from an extensive mobile service fleet. PacWest Machinery is owned by the Joshua Green Corporation and company management.
