PacWest Machinery has announced the purchase of land in Pasco, Wash., for the construction of a new dealership. Beginning in September 2019, PacWest Machinery customers in central Washington and north central Oregon will be supported from the new dealership facility on North Oregon Avenue in Pasco.

Beginning in the second quarter of 2019, PacWest Machinery customers in eastern Washington and northern Idaho will be supported and serviced from the new dealership at 3515 North Sullivan Road, Spokane Valley, Wash., just minutes away from the company's current location.
PacWest Machinery announced that Scott Sumner has been promoted to the position of service manager of the Oregon market. Sumner has more than 25 years in the construction industry, of which 14 of those years has been with the Volvo brand, most recently as a senior field service technician of PacWest.
PacWest Machinery, the dealer in the Pacific Northwest for Volvo and other leading brands of construction equipment, held a successful fall open house at its new dealership facility in Portland, Ore. Throughout the day, an estimated attendance of nearly 400 customers, employees and neighbors enjoyed a day of equipment walk arounds, barbeque, music and raffles near the end of a busy construction season.
PacWest Machinery announced that Scott Upton has been promoted to the position of branch manager of its Spokane, Wash., operation. Previously, Upton was the used equipment manager of the company. PacWest Machinery covers eastern Washington, northern Idaho and northeast Oregon from its Spokane location.
PacWest Machinery announces that Brian Burke has joined the company as branch manager at its Kent, Wash., location with responsibility for the company's business in western Washington. “We are very pleased that Brian has become an important member of the PacWest management team,” said Jolene Logue, president of PacWest Machinery.
Metso continues to strengthen its North American distributor network with the recent addition of PacWest Machinery based in Seattle, Wash. PacWest Machinery will offer Metso's crushing and screening products to all customer segments (quarry, contractor and recycle) in eastern Washington, northern Idaho and northeastern Oregon.

PacWest Machinery is the latest company to join SDLG's expanding roster of dealers. The Seattle, Washington-based seller of construction equipment will begin offering the brand's wheel loaders immediately. PacWest also will become a new distribution center to facilitate the brand's growth on the West Coast.
