Palmer Johnson Power Systems Adds Minx, Bobel

Palmer Johnson Power Systems has added Jason Minx as branch manager of its Fenton (St. Louis), Mo., sales and service center, and John Bobel as outside salesperson in Chicago.

Minx previously held the position of general manager at Hall Equipment Company. As general manager, he was responsible for sales and inventory management. Minx also has sales experience with Caterpillar construction equipment.

Bobel will be replacing Brad Lyons. Lyons, Palmer Johnson’s sales engineer for Chicago has been promoted to branch manager of the Hayward, Calif., location. His sales territory will include Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin.

Prior to joining Palmer Johnson, Bobel worked for International Truck and Engine Company for 7 years as Engineering Team Leader of the Transient Transmissions and Performance Groups, as Steel Team advisor, and as a machine operator. Bobel also worked for United Machine & Tool for three years.

Palmer Johnson Power Systems specializes in servicing and supplying components for heavy-duty, off highway transmissions and axles. Palmer Johnson is the authorized distributor and service center for leading manufacturers including Twin Disc, ZF Off-Highway, Carraro, Funk, AxleTech, Eaton and more.
