Ransome CAT has announced the promotion of Joe Villa to the position of sales manager — used construction equipment. He will be reporting to Dennis Runyen, chief operating officer.

In his new position, Villa will be responsible for growing the company’s used construction equipment business. Tom Rosser, used equipment specialist, will report to Joe Villa and continue to focus on wholesale used equipment sales.

According to Ransome CAT, Villa is extremely well suited for this position based on his 20 years of experience in the field as a construction sales representative, his considerable technical skills and his outstanding professionalism.
