Reading Truck Equipment, LLC and Masterack, LLC, announced the integration of their operations to create one of North America's largest commercial vehicle upfit organizations.
The integration brings together Masterack's cargo management solutions for commercial vans and pickup trucks with Reading Truck Equipment's nationwide network of commercial vehicle upfit, installation, parts and service locations. Together, the combined organization creates one of the industry's broadest commercial vehicle upfit portfolios, giving customers access to expanded product offerings, greater geographic coverage and a more seamless experience from specification through installation and ongoing support.

As part of the integration, the combined organization will also assume responsibility for the BEDSLIDE product line, including manufacturing, sales and customer support. The addition of BEDSLIDE expands the organization's portfolio of truck and van cargo management solutions, further strengthening its position as a single-source provider of commercial vehicle upfit products and services.
Customers will continue working with their existing sales and support teams while benefiting from expanded product offerings, enhanced capabilities and one of North America's largest commercial vehicle upfit networks, according to Reading Truck Equipment.
