Murphy Tractor & Equipment Company Inc., appointed Robert Allee to midwest region major accounts manager, effective June 1, 2012. Allee joined the company as a territory sales manager in 2011 for the Cincinnati, Ohio, location. Upon the effective date of his new position, he will be based out of the Columbus, Ohio, location.
As a major accounts manager, Allee will be responsible for ensuring consistent communication, a superior level of product support and a coordinated sales experience, for large customers in the states of Ohio and Pennsylvania. He has substantial experience in the industry, having served in several management capacities at the dealership level, including branch manager, field service supervisor and product support manager.
“Given his background in sales and product support, we anticipate Robert will bring considerable expertise and value to this new position. He will be a valuable resource for our large accounts and enable Murphy Tractor to provide a seamless sales and product support customer experience in any midwest region branch,” said Mike Slinger, region manager.
