Sennebogen LLC, is preparing for sustained growth in coming years with the appointment of Carolyn "CB" Brand as the firm's dedicated senior manager of human resources.

Constantino Lannes, president, recently announced Brand's acceptance of the position as HR manager, Americas. In this role, she will take on the responsibility for strategic planning and implementation of Sennebogen's processes for staff recruitment and on-boarding, retention and development. Reporting directly to the president, Brand will join the Executive team with a mandate to drive change and impact both business and HR strategy.

Prior to moving to Sennebogen, Brand served as the director of HR Development for a multi-national engineering consultancy firm based in North Carolina. She previously held senior HR positions supporting major employers in service industries. Throughout her career, she has earned a reputation for building strength in her organizations while improving efficiencies and thinking "outside the box" to lead successful strategic initiatives.

"Carolyn Brand will be a key asset to Sennebogen's future growth," Lannes said. "She has the vision and leadership skills to ensure that we have the right people in the right places, with the right support, to fulfill our most ambitious goals."

As the first person solely devoted to human resource development at Sennebogen, Brand looks forward to building a comprehensive HR program for the company "from the ground up." Reserving the first 90 days of her tenure to observe the company's operations and to meet with each of its 50+ employees, she welcomes the opportunity to develop Sennebogen's new HR programs with a clean slate. "I'm at my most creative when I'm most challenged," she said. "I have a great passion for learning in a variety of areas, and this position offers me all of that. My approach to HR or talent support does not follow traditional lines, but is focused on empowering leaders, managers and employees to be their best. This style allows me to introduce new ideas, practices and processes to organizations in ways that win support from the people who have to live and work with them."

"Twenty years after we brought our first machines to America, Sennebogen is still well positioned for rapid growth," Lannes continued. "We are becoming a much bigger organization. We're fortunate to acquire CB's knowledge and experience in managing the HR needs of large employers. With her on board, we'll have the guidance to effectively prepare for and manage the human side of our growth."
