Terry Miles Takes On Operations Manager Role for Tracey Road

- Northeast Edition

Tracey Road Equpment recently hired a new operations manager to oversee the Albany, N.Y., store’s growth in the market. Terry Miles is a 29-year veteran of the construction equipment parts and service business at the dealership level and previously worked with Linder Industrial Machinery in Florida and most recently with Kirby-Smith Machinery in Oklahoma.

“Our objective in Albany is to enhance our customer experience throughout their rental or ownership period. Statewide we have a proven track record demonstrating that for over thirty years, we [have known] the critical role product support plays in customer satisfaction. Company wide, we’re dedicating tremendous resources to enhancing our customer’s after the sale experience,” Miles said.

According to company President Jerry Tracey, “In the past year we’ve more than doubled our service and parts facilities in Albany and now we’re in an even better position to assist our customers with our world class product support. We’ve added service bays and equipment and we’re now able to stock more parts in our newly expanded facility.”

Tracey has five stores and many parts and service affiliates throughout New York State in Syracuse, Watertown, Binghamton, Rochester, Geneva, Canojaharie, Potsdam and Malone.

Tracey’s expanded Albany store is located at 115 Railroad Ave.
