Construction Equipment Guide

On Sept. 2, the construction equipment and truck market in upstate New York lost an industry leader when, at the age of 69, Jim Costello passed away.

Reputably among the most well-liked people in the industry, Costello will be missed by all who knew him.

He will be remembered for his love of life and for his ability to interact with people in a way that made them feel cheerful and befriended. He was an avid racing fan who loved to attend NASCAR races. One of the other things that brought him a lot of pleasure were the horses he owned that raced regularly at Vernon Downs.

Costello was a well-known, award winning sales representative for Tracey Road Equipment for more than 25 years.
