Trail King Industries, a leading North American trailer manufacturer, announced Aug. 30, the appointment of Joe Kolb as president. In his new role, Mr. Kolb will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the company.

Trail King Industries, a leading North American trailer manufacturer, announced Aug. 30, the appointment of Joe Kolb as president. In his new role, Mr. Kolb will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the company. Effective simultaneously, Bruce Yakley will transition to the role of CEO. After more than six years as president of Trail King, Mr. Yakley's new role will be to continue to focus on serving Trail King's customers, as well as developing employees and strategic growth initiatives.

Mr. Kolb began his career with CC Industries in 2005 as the director of strategic sourcing, and in 2011, was promoted to the vice president of supply chain at Trail King.

Prior to Trail King, Kolb held leadership positions at Bain & Company, as well as Maytag and Skil-Bosch. Kolb holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Master's of Management from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School at Northwestern University. He also served in the Illinois Air National Guard for 11 years.
