Virnig Manufacturing Inc.'s trencher attachment is designed to quickly and reliably dig trenches 36, 48, or 60 in. (91, 122 or 152 cm) deep. The direct drive Eaton motor reduces downtime and has no chains or belts. Standard flow (up to 25 gpm [94.6 Lpm]) and high flow (25 to 42 gpm [94.6 to 159 Lpm]) motor options available for usage on a wide variety of skid steers.

The standard manual side-shift allows operator to dig near structures and other objects and the adjustable and removable auger clears loose soil from the trenching area. The standard crumber is designed to keep the trench bottom clean and smooth.

The chain also rotates in reverse to expel obstructions. Chain tension can be adjusted in a couple of minutes and multiple chain configurations are available for trenching in soft, hard, rocky or frozen ground to get the job done quicker. Multiple chain widths are available.
