Volvo Construction Equipment Rents Inc. (Volvo Rents) has opened a new Volvo Rents equipment rental center in Seabrook, Texas, in the greater Houston area.

Post Rentals of Texas LLC, owned by Pete Post, opened its first Volvo Rents center in Humble, Texas, in 2004.

The new Volvo Rents center is located at 2626 Bayport Blvd. in Seabrook, Texas, and will carry a comprehensive line of essential equipment and tools for the construction, commercial, industrial and homeowner markets.

Post, a widely respected rental industry leader, was the former president of Prime Equipment and currently serves on the board of the Texas Rental Association.

We have the ability to respond quickly to our customers needs, without going through layers of bureaucracy.”

The Volvo Rents franchise program was designed by Volvo Construction Equipment and covers all aspects of an operating business model. Features include use of the Volvo brand, financial assistance, a fleet purchasing program, a Volvo Rents proprietary software program, operational support and guidance, comprehensive training in systems, sales, service, and management as well as facility design and regional and local marketing. Principal Volvo products for its rental centers include its extensive line of compact excavators and wheel loaders, backhoes and skid steer loaders.

Volvo Rents has 84 equipment rental centers in North America, 79 centers in Europe (Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany, Poland and Austria), and one in Mexico.
