West Side Tractor Sales, a John Deere construction equipment dealer organization, announced its newest employees to join the West Side team:
Mike Hart, Parts
Management,
Wauconda, Ill.
Mike Hart joined the West Side team at the end of April 2013 as a parts manager out of the Wauconda, Ill., facility. He comes to West Side with many years of experience in parts and service management along with a solid foundation in aftermarket parts and product support sales. As a seasoned expert in the heavy equipment business, Hart has spent the last 10 years as branch manager at Roland Machinery’s Marengo facility with direct responsibility for the parts and service departments. Prior to Roland Machinery, Hart was with Howell Tractor for nine years.
Rob Carlson, Used Equipment
Rob Carlson joined the West Side team in May 2013. With his vast used equipment knowledge, Carlson is purchasing and selling used equipment for West Side. He has more than 30 years of experience in the heavy equipment business. Prior to West Side, Carlson owned Boss Equipment Co., a specialized wholesaler of late model Deere industrial equipment. He also was a partner/owner of Carlson’s Lake Street Equipment, a Deere dealer in Minnesota, where he was responsible for the used equipment division. His technical training includes mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and diesel engines for heavy equipment.
Chris Dye, Service Manager,
Lafayette, Ind.
In July 2013, Chris Dye joined the West Side team as the new manager of the Lafayette service department. Dye has a strong background in on-highway truck/diesel technology and shop management.
Adam Dudek, CWP Sales Representative, Cook County
Adam Dudek started at West Side in mid-August 2013 as a commercial worksite products sales representative. Dudek will represent John Deere skid steer, track loader, compact excavator and small loader product lines in the Cook County market. He comes to West Side with more than 10 years of experience in many different roles — fleet manager, head mechanic and service manager.
