West Side Tractor Sales, the John Deere construction and forestry equipment dealer in Illinois and Indiana, announces its newest promotions and additions to the West Side team.
Dave Wilson, Product Supper
Manager, Indiana
On June 15, Dave Wilson joined the West Side team as the Indiana product support manager. In this newly created position, Wilson will be responsible for all the product support operations for the Indiana locations. He will work closely with the departmental managers and their teams to grow product support sales, increase customer satisfaction and support the whole goods sales efforts. Wilson will develop new strategies and initiatives to keep WSTS moving forward as a market leader in product support. Prior to joining WSTS, Wilson worked for John Deere for 14 years in several different roles. Wilson’s industry experience, product knowledge and product support foundation make him uniquely qualified for the position, according to the company.
Adam Dudek, Illinois Commercial Worksite Products Manager — Compact Equipment
Adam Dudek has expanded his role within West Side from CWP sales representative to the new compact equipment sales manager of Illinois. He started at West Side in August 2013 selling John Deere skid steers, track loaders, compact excavators and small loaders in the Cook County market. Prior to West Side, Dudek had more than years of experience in many different roles — fleet manager, head mechanic and service manager.
Matt Brown, Indiana
Rental Manager
Matt Brown has been promoted to the rental manager of Indiana. Brown’s background as yard coordinator and parts counter sales representative has prepared him for this new role with West Side. Having worked with the sales, parts and service teams, he has a vast array of product knowledge. Brown is based out of the Indianapolis facility and assumes rental responsibilities for the state of Indiana.
