Associated Equipment Distributors (AED) announced the appointment of Shane Wilker as its newest regional manager, covering the Far West region, which includes California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Wyoming, Colorado and New Mexico.

With more than 35 years of experience in the agricultural industry, Wilker brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep understanding of dealer operations to his new role. He most recently served as dealer development manager at the North American Equipment Dealers Association (NAEDA).

Wilker joins AED's regional manager team, a group of six other professionals who collectively bring more than 100 years of experience in the equipment industry.

As a regional manager, his primary objective is to engage directly with AED members, ensuring they maximize the benefits of their membership through AED and the AED Foundation programs and initiatives. His hands-on approach and industry insight make him a valuable resource for members seeking support, guidance, and growth.

"I'm excited to hit the ground running and get out to meet our members," said Wilker. "My goal is to be a resource-helping them tap into AED's training, education or industry connections to strengthen their teams and grow their business."

AED President and CEO Brian P. McGuire welcomed Wilker to the team, stating, "Shane's extensive experience and proven leadership make him an outstanding addition to our team. His dedication to dealer success aligns perfectly with AED's mission. We're confident he'll be an asset to our members in the Far West region."

Wilker's commitment to member success reinforces AED's broader goals of strengthening dealer performance and building a skilled, future-ready workforce.
