Bayshore Park Construction Underway

Construction Equipment Guide

The development of the City of Corpus Christi is in a constant state of motion. Construction crews always seem to be working around the clock.

A great example of that is the work being done at the new Bayshore Park. Construction of the five million dollar project began in October and there is some light at the end of the proverbial tunnel.

City officials tell us that construction will be complete in May, just in time for summer. The park will be located on the property along Shoreline Boulevard where the Memorial Coliseum used to sit. That's between Mc Caughan and Sherril Park.

The park will feature food truck space, room for small concerts, and thanks to a donation, a dog park! The project is being funded by a 2008 bond.
