Cat dealers in the United States and Canada will begin selling Caterpillar certified used equipment and Cat dealer certified used equipment. Dealers use CatUsed.com to list used equipment inventories. This equipment includes Caterpillar machines for light and heavy construction as well as Cat compact products.

Currently, CatUsed.com lists almost 9,000 pieces of used Cat equipment and more than 1,250,000 used parts. Inventory is expected to quickly exceed 15,000 Cat machines and include used Cat engines and used attachments.

The site includes a variety of search options including a quick search, a guided search and an advanced search that allows customers to pinpoint a specific piece of equipment based on numerous criteria. Another function allows customers to search the most recently listed equipment by date. Customers also are able to sort equipment selections based on various attributes including by manufacturer, product family, year and model.
