The Douglas Company, General Contractor, is nearing completion of a 40,860-sq.-ft. addition to the Centre Pointe Health and Rehabilitation Center in Tallahassee, Fla.

The Douglas Company, General Contractor, has provided an update on the construction progress of the expansion of the Centre Pointe Health and Rehabilitation Center in Tallahassee, Fla.

Lantz Boggio Architects collaborated with the owner, Clear Choice Health Care, to design the 40,860-sq.-ft, addition, which includes 33 new suites, a state-of-the-art therapy gym and spa, salon and theater.

The expansion of the existing facility will provide more space and amenities for patients who are undergoing rehabilitation prior to returning back home. The Centre Pointe expansion is expected to be complete in February.
