Brian M. Fraley, owner of Fraley AEC Solutions LLC, a growing marketing communications firm serving the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) marketplace, will be sitting on a panel to discuss social media marketing for the construction industry with members of the Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) of eastern Pennsylvania. “Social Media Marketing in Construction,” to be held April 7, 2016, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the association's East Norriton, Pa., headquarters, also will feature speakers from Allan Myers and Schlouch Incorporated.

The session will serve as an overview for those looking to market their construction firms and recruit employees through social media. Topics covered will include how to establish a presence; effectively market your services; avoid common mistakes; build a company culture; and recruit and retain employees on social media.

“This is a vital issue because many construction firms are confused about social media marketing, and yet a recent Construction Marketing Association (CMA) survey reveals an 88-percent increase in this Internet tactic,” said Owner Brian M. Fraley. “It's like trying to operate a crane while blindfolded. The opportunity to bring clear vision to this issue for Eastern Pennsylvania's construction industry is an honor.”
